The location in a fairly quiet area was decent. Pizzeria Bellini Pizzas was located 5 minutes walk away. Double room was themed and air conditioned had hypoallergenic pillows. The bathroom was generous-sized, it was nice to have a bidet.

My room was clean with rose petals on the bed, a bathroom, and a fantastic jacuzzi, all decorated beautifully.

I had a unique and enjoyable experience at Casual Civilizaciones. The rooms were original and unlike any other hotel I've stayed in. The location, although slightly outside the city center, was easily manageable with a pleasant walk. The option to rent bikes from the hostel was a great decision as it made exploring Valencia so much more fun. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the little touches like the welcome letter and muffins in the room. Despite a few minor drawbacks mentioned by other guests, I would still highly recommend this hotel. I had a great stay at Casual Civilizaciones Valencia!

I chose this hotel for attending a board meeting due to its commitment to providing maximum social and business benefits. The thematic decoration and fresh experience it offers were a pleasant surprise. The hotel facilities were great, providing a comfortable stay with excellent services and products that placed the customer at the center.
The only service I missed for my work was a designated business center or a dedicated workspace within the hotel premises.

We had a great time during our romantic escape. The staff was extremely helpful and made us feel welcome. The room was clean and organized, and we loved the unique atmosphere. The self check-in machine was convenient and easy to use. The location of the hotel was great, with plenty of restaurants nearby and the old town just a short stroll away. we enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time exploring the city.
There were a couple of things that we didn't like. the air conditioning in our room was not very powerful, so it got a bit warm at times.

I thoroughly enjoyed the charming decorations throughout the hotel. The different rooms were adorned with vibrant colors and created a casual and welcoming atmosphere. The common areas had a pleasant and fresh smell, creating a delightful ambiance. As a senior, I found the hotel to be easily accessible, with no difficulties in navigating through its spaces.
If I could ask for one improvement, it would be the service provided by the staff. The children working there seemed inexperienced and lacked the professionalism one would expect in a hotel.
